Getting reved up for the 2007 season!

The Full Throttle Deere pulling team is in motion and preparing for the 2007 season. For the pulling fans this year we plan to add the results of all the events we participate in on the web site, and also hope to add streaming video of our runs at some of those events. Check out test video for an example of what is to come. (Clik on video link on left of page.) The new event calendar can be searched to find a pull near you where you will be able to come see the Full Throttle Deere in action. The event calendar should be updated by March 15 with a full schedule.

We have just a couple changes for the tractor in 2007. Staab Machine Inc. has put together a stronger engine block program for us to help ensure longer longevity of the motor. We also have focused to lighten up the tractor to add more movable weight.

"We are coming into this season with more determination, and focus. We hope to give the fans what they want to see. A diesel vs. alcohol powered tractors show down," said Eric Staab.

The first event to compete in is the Light Super Stock class at the Southern Illinois shootout. Helming the wheel at the this event is Roger Peterson.

We are pleased and proud to have Roger in the driver seat for this event. We feel he can bend the throttle as hard as anyone and get it down the track in a position to win,” said Mark Staab (owner/crew chief).

Some may already know Roger as the co-owner, and co-driver of the Just One More diesel pulling tractor from Minnesota. Roger, and Bruce have proven to be very strong competitors in the super light class. Grabbing a third place finish in the NTPA GN points in 2005, and many top 3 finishes in 2006 in a very stout Region 3 light and heavy super stock class.
